One reliable door into CargoWise
Wiring each system directly into CargoWise means bespoke plumbing, scattered credentials and no single place to see what went in or out. On top of that, CargoWise is moving to eAdaptor Next, with a tougher security model that takes real engineering to implement yourself.
A single managed gateway
eAdaptor exchanges XML messages with CargoWise One the way CargoWise expects, and sits in front of it for every Falcon Nest integration. There is one reliable, logged path in and out, with no bespoke plumbing per system, and it supports eAdaptor Next so you are ready for the change.
What you get
Ready for eAdaptor Next
CargoWise is replacing the legacy eAdaptor with eAdaptor Next, which swaps username-and-password access for OAuth2, signed certificates and token-based authentication. That’s more secure but harder to stand up. Falcon Nest supports eAdaptor Next and handles the certificate and token side, so your move off legacy is a configuration step, not an engineering project.

Falcon Nest manages your eAdaptor end to end: the organisations you exchange messages with, the credentials and delivery details, and a complete, searchable record of everything that has passed through.
