Connect Shopify to CargoWise

ShopifySync links your clients’ Shopify storefronts to your CargoWise One, so orders, inventory and stock transfers move between the two automatically instead of being re-keyed by hand.

The manual gap between Shopify and CargoWise

When a client sells on Shopify and you run logistics in CargoWise, someone has to move the data across. Orders get copied by hand, inventory drifts out of sync, and a missed update turns into an oversell or a delayed dispatch. The more stores you take on, the worse it scales.

A managed, two-way bridge

ShopifySync polls each connected store every few minutes, validates orders, inventory, transfers and locations against your mappings, and pushes them into CargoWise through the eAdaptor gateway, while reflecting CargoWise changes back to Shopify. You manage connections and mappings in Falcon Nest; your clients self-serve from an app inside their own Shopify admin.

What you get

Orders flow into CargoWise without manual entry
Inventory stays accurate across every store
Stock transfers and purchase orders kept in step
Onboard new client stores without new headcount
01

Built for many stores

ShopifySync is multi-tenant from the ground up. Connect many client stores, give each its own sync status and health view, and share a physical stock pool across stores that draw from the same location. Multi-warehouse and split shipments are tracked per order.

02

Your clients keep control of their side

Each client works inside their own Shopify admin through an embedded app, where they see sync activity, manage purchase orders, suppliers and bundles, request location-to-warehouse mappings and adjust their settings. You approve and monitor from Falcon Nest.
