Take client orders into CargoWise
OrderSync is the two-way channel for orders coming from your clients into CargoWise, with status flowing back to them as the work progresses.
Every client sends orders differently
One client emails a spreadsheet, another drops files on an FTP server, a third wants an API. Each new client means another manual process, and once an order is in CargoWise, the client has no idea what is happening to it.
One channel, in and out
OrderSync accepts orders over a secured HTTP API with per-client keys or an SFTP drop folder it polls on a schedule, validates them, and hands them into CargoWise through eAdaptor. As CargoWise processes each order, it reads the resulting events and returns status updates to the client the same way they came in.
What you get
Secured and per-client
Each client is configured on its own, with its own access, delivery method and notification recipients. API keys are validated on every request, and files are validated and archived as processed or failed.
Nothing falls through
Failed files are moved aside and captured for review, and email notifications go to the client’s recipients and your support team when something needs attention.
