Falcon Nest is AlterraLink’s integration platform. It’s the hub that connects your CargoWise One with the systems you and your clients use, including Shopify, Xero, and order and shipment feeds, through a set of integrations you license and switch on individually, so data moves automatically instead of being re-keyed by hand.

But the work also lives in your clients’ Shopify stores, in your own Xero books, and in the order and shipment feeds you exchange with the clients you move freight for. Falcon Nest is the hub that sits in the middle. Add an integration for each system you want connected, and Falcon Nest keeps that link in step automatically, accurately and under watch.

Connects through CargoWise One’s native eAdaptor gateway, so messages flow the way CargoWise expects, with full logging and API access control.
Real-time, two-way sync
Orders, inventory, shipments and financial data move between your systems automatically, replacing manual re-keying and spreadsheets.
Mapping & validation
Location-to-warehouse mappings, entity codes and reference data are validated before anything is sent, so bad data never reaches CargoWise.

Falcon Nest isn’t one all-in-one product. It’s a hub. Each integration below is a separate service, licensed and activated on its own. The eAdaptor gateway is the foundation every other integration runs through, so it comes first; from there you add only the integrations you need, when you need them.

eAdaptor
The native CargoWise One eAdaptor gateway, ready for eAdaptor Next. Manage configurations, organisations and access, with a full log of every message in and out of CargoWise.
ShopifySync
Bring your clients’ Shopify stores into CargoWise. Keep their inventory accurate, sync orders and inventory transfers, run purchase orders and suppliers, and map each store location to the right warehouse. You manage your side in Falcon Nest, while each client manages theirs from an app inside their own Shopify admin.
XeroSync
Keep CargoWise and Xero in step both ways. Post invoices, line items and documents into Xero, capture payments back from Xero, and reconcile the two so the books always match operations.
OrderSync
Take orders from your clients into CargoWise, then send status updates back to them as the work progresses. Orders arrive by secured API or SFTP, and every client is managed in one place.
ShipmentSync
Push shipments, status events and documents from your CargoWise out to your clients’ transport management systems, with a pluggable adapter for each TMS they run.
CurrencyHub
Keep CargoWise exchange rates current automatically. CurrencyHub fetches daily rates and posts them straight into CargoWise. It’s a free, optional add-on for Falcon Nest.
MailSync
Turn the documents that land in your inbox into CargoWise attachments. MailSync reads each one, works out which shipment or consol it belongs to, and files it as an eDoc, with no manual matching or uploading.
