The hub between CargoWise and everything else.

CargoWise One runs your logistics. But the work also lives in your clients’ Shopify stores, in your own Xero books, and in the order and shipment feeds you exchange with the clients you move freight for. Falcon Nest is the hub that sits in the middle. Add an integration for each system you want connected, and Falcon Nest keeps that link in step automatically, accurately and under watch.

Falcon Nest is a hub, not a single all-in-one licence. The eAdaptor gateway is the shared foundation, and every other integration is its own service, licensed and switched on separately, so your costs track exactly what you’ve connected.

Start with eAdaptor

The eAdaptor gateway is the required foundation. It’s licensed and activated first, because every other integration speaks to CargoWise through it, and it’s ready for CargoWise’s new eAdaptor Next.

Add only what you need

ShopifySync, XeroSync, OrderSync and ShipmentSync are each a separate service. Activate one or several, then add more later as your operation grows.

Priced per integration

How does Falcon Nest connect to CargoWise?
Through CargoWise One’s native eAdaptor interface. Falcon Nest manages the eAdaptor configuration, organisations and API access for you, and keeps a full log of every message exchanged.
Which systems can Falcon Nest integrate with CargoWise?
Each system has its own integration: Shopify (ShopifySync), Xero (XeroSync), external order and shipment feeds (OrderSync and ShipmentSync), and email documents filed into CargoWise (MailSync). They’re licensed and activated separately, so you run only the ones you need. CurrencyHub, which keeps your CargoWise exchange rates up to date, is offered free as an optional add-on. Because Falcon Nest is built on an adaptor model, we can also develop custom connectors for other systems.
Is Falcon Nest one all-in-one product?
No. Falcon Nest is the hub, and each integration is its own service, mostly licensed and activated on its own, though some, like CurrencyHub, are free optional add-ons. The eAdaptor gateway is the shared foundation that every other integration connects through, so it’s the starting point; from there you add the integrations you need. You’re never paying for connections you don’t use.
Can it handle multiple stores or entities?
Yes. Falcon Nest is multi-tenant. You can connect many Shopify stores and entities, map each to the right warehouses, and even share a physical stock pool across stores that draw from the same location.
What happens when a sync fails?
Nothing is lost. Failed transactions are captured and can be retried or resolved, and a cross-system health view surfaces errors so issues are caught early rather than discovered later.
