Re-entering invoices from CargoWise into Xero is slow and error-prone, and payments recorded in Xero rarely make it back cleanly. Period locks, currency differences and the occasional outage all turn into manual cleanup at month end.
Two-way posting with reconciliation
XeroSync builds invoices from CargoWise with their line items, contacts, currency and tracking categories, attaches supporting documents, and posts them to Xero. A signed Xero webhook brings payment events back. A reconciliation pass then confirms what should have posted matches what did.

When Xero rejects a posting because the accounting period is locked, XeroSync works out the lock date and retries. If Xero has an outage, a health gate pauses processing rather than piling up errors, and sends one alert when it trips and one when it recovers.
