CargoWise One
eAdaptor is CargoWise One’s native messaging interface. Every other Falcon Nest integration ultimately speaks to CargoWise through it, so getting this layer right is what makes the rest reliable.
CargoWise is moving to eAdaptor Next, the next-generation gateway that replaces the legacy eAdaptor, with stronger security: OAuth2, signed certificates and token-based authentication in place of the old username and password. Falcon Nest supports eAdaptor Next, so you’re ready for the change without your team having to build and maintain that security layer yourselves.
Falcon Nest manages your eAdaptor end to end: the organisations you exchange messages with, the credentials and delivery details, and a complete, searchable record of everything that has passed through.

Through the eAdaptor gateway.
eAdaptor exchanges XML messages with CargoWise One the way CargoWise expects, over both the legacy gateway and the new eAdaptor Next. It sits in front of CargoWise for every Falcon Nest integration, so there’s one reliable, logged path in and out, with no bespoke plumbing per system. As the shared foundation, eAdaptor is licensed and activated first; every other integration is then added on top of it as its own separate service.
