Problem solved

Fix inventory mismatches for good

When the storefront and the warehouse disagree about stock, customers get oversold and trust erodes. Falcon Nest keeps both sides telling the same story.

Stock drift turns into oversells

If inventory updates lag between Shopify and CargoWise, the storefront keeps selling units the warehouse no longer has. Across several stores drawing from the same stock, the same unit gets sold more than once.

One source of truth, kept current

ShopifySync syncs inventory by variant between your CargoWise and each connected store on a short polling cycle, with shared stock pools so stores drawing from the same location cannot oversell. A nightly stocktake keeps the picture honest.

What you get

Accurate inventory across every store
Shared stock pools prevent double-selling
Near real-time updates, not overnight
A nightly stocktake to catch drift
01

Variant-level accuracy

Inventory is tracked by variant, not just by product, so size and colour level stock stays correct on the storefront.

02

Caught and corrected

Failed updates are retried automatically and set aside for review if they still fail, so a sync hiccup does not quietly leave stock wrong.
