Handle your clients’ Shopify orders in CargoWise

You manage your side in Falcon Nest, while each client manages theirs from an app inside their own Shopify admin.

What it does

Shopify ↔ CargoWise

ShopifySync keeps your clients’ Shopify storefronts and your CargoWise in lockstep. Orders, inventory and stock transfers move between the two automatically on a short polling cycle, so inventory stays accurate and nobody re-keys an order by hand.

The two sides are managed separately. You configure connections, approve location-to-warehouse mappings and monitor sync health from Falcon Nest. Each client works inside their own Shopify admin through an embedded app, where they see sync activity, manage purchase orders, suppliers and bundles, request location mappings and adjust their settings.

It’s multi-tenant from the ground up. Onboard many client stores, give each its own sync status and health view, share a physical stock pool across stores that draw from the same location, and track multi-warehouse and split shipments per order.

How it connects

Through the eAdaptor gateway.

ShopifySync polls each connected Shopify store every few minutes, validates inventory, orders, transfers and locations against your mappings, then pushes them to CargoWise through eAdaptor and reflects CargoWise changes back to Shopify. Per-store credentials are encrypted at rest, and failed items are retried before being set aside for review so nothing is silently lost.

ShopifySync is its own service, licensed and activated separately. It runs on top of the eAdaptor gateway, so an active eAdaptor connection is the prerequisite for switching it on.
