ShipmentSync
Send shipment data to your clients’ TMS
Push shipments, status events and documents from your CargoWise out to your clients’ transport management systems, with a pluggable adapter for each TMS they run.
CargoWise → TMS
ShipmentSync delivers shipment data from your CargoWise into the transport management systems your clients use. Shipments, status events and attached documents are picked up and sent on automatically, so your clients’ systems stay current without anyone handling files by hand.
It is built on a pluggable adapter model: each client is routed to the right TMS by its own adapter, with CargoWise and Expedient supported today and new systems able to be added without reworking the core.
Connections are flexible. Configure each client’s TMS over HTTP or SFTP, health-check the endpoint before sending, and keep a record of everything processed with email alerts if something fails.

Through the eAdaptor gateway.
ShipmentSync reads shipment data from CargoWise through eAdaptor, then routes it to each client’s transport management system using an adapter built for that system. It checks the endpoint is reachable, sends shipments, events and documents over HTTP or SFTP, and records every message so there is a clear audit trail.
ShipmentSync is its own service, licensed and activated separately. It runs on top of the eAdaptor gateway, so an active eAdaptor connection is the prerequisite for switching it on.
