OrderSync
Take your clients’ orders into CargoWise
Take orders from your clients into CargoWise, then send status updates back to them as the work progresses. Orders arrive by secured API or SFTP, and every client is managed in one place.
Orders ↔ CargoWise
OrderSync is the two-way channel for orders coming from your clients into CargoWise. Clients send orders in, OrderSync validates them and hands them cleanly to your CargoWise, and as those orders move through CargoWise it sends status events back to each client automatically.
Orders can arrive two ways: a secured HTTP API with per-client keys, or an SFTP drop folder that OrderSync polls on a schedule. Either way they are checked, archived and tracked, so a bad file is set aside rather than lost.
Each client is configured on its own, with its own access, delivery method and notification recipients, so you can onboard new clients quickly without compromising control.

Monitoring
Through the eAdaptor gateway.
OrderSync accepts orders over a secured API or an SFTP folder, validates them, and passes them into CargoWise through eAdaptor. As CargoWise processes each order, OrderSync reads the resulting events, matches them back to the order and client, and returns status updates the same way they came in, so your clients always know where their orders stand.
OrderSync is its own service, licensed and activated separately. It runs on top of the eAdaptor gateway, so an active eAdaptor connection is the prerequisite for switching it on.
