Send shipment data to your clients’ TMS
ShipmentSync delivers shipment data from your CargoWise into the transport management systems your clients use, with a pluggable adapter built for each one.
Every client TMS speaks a different language
Your clients run different transport systems, each with its own format and its own way of receiving data. Building and maintaining a one-off connection for each is slow, and a quiet failure means a client’s system silently falls behind.
A pluggable adapter per system
ShipmentSync reads shipment data from CargoWise through eAdaptor, then routes it to each client’s TMS using an adapter built for that system, CargoWise and Expedient supported today, with more added without reworking the core. It sends shipments, status events and documents over HTTP or SFTP.
What you get
Checked before it sends
Before each run, ShipmentSync confirms the client’s endpoint is reachable. If it is not, processing pauses and an alert goes out, rather than failing silently or losing data.
Documents handled properly
Beyond shipments and events, attached documents are routed to the right place, with the Expedient adapter separating manifests from documents based on each client’s configuration.
